Here are a few things I know for sure:
We are all creative and we are meant to create. It’s who we are. You don’t have to work at it. You already have it.
There are stories inside you. We all have them. If you’re here, you likely want to get them down on paper and out into the world.
Your dreams are important. Even the ones you’re afraid to tell anyone or act on.
Our time on Earth is limited. Plain truth. See Mary Oliver’s quote below.
“The most regretful people on earth are those who felt the call to creative work, who felt their own creative power restive and uprising, and gave to it neither power nor time.”
I love supporting and inspiring people who long to create but might be stymied by lack of time, lack of confidence, or an inner critic gone wild.
I deeply believe that we all need and deserve time and space to explore tender shoots of hope and nourish hidden dreams. It’s why many of my courses are rooted in a daily practice of turning inward through the act of writing.
This doesn’t mean you have to be a writer to take my courses.😉 Writing is simply one way to go within.
Creating a daily practice is like sun and water to those beautiful dreams inside you. They get a chance to grow.
